Do Not Eat These Fruits Together

Some people believe fruits have a lot of properties, so they must binge to eat fruits, but this is a wrong way and we want to tell you Do Not Eat These Fruits Together at the same time. Maybe a bowl of fruits or vegetables is the best meal and you enjoy but sometimes it is dangerous too.

Never mix the fruits and vegetables together. Before you mix the fruits you must know their features. You can only eat two different sweet fruits that are not acidic, for example, watermelon, apples, and plums can be eaten together.


Banana + Pudding

Your body may find it difficult to digest this compound. This compound causes gastric heaviness in adults to slow down the mind and produce toxins. Therefore, you may feel dizzy for a while, may be fatal to babies.


Carrot + Orange

Although this combination is very popular in juices, taking both at one time causes stomach upset, excess bile reflux, and even damage to the kidney system, which is the cause of more serious illnesses. Most importantly, if you are suffering from digestive problems, this combination can make it worse; kidney problems can also be among the side effects of this combination.






Banana + Guava

This combination will cause gas and lower blood PH levels, and you will feel like nausea, headache, and stomach ache.


Pineapple + Milk

When you take milk and pineapple together, you may experience certain side effects such as nausea, infection, diarrhea, headache and even stomach pain. The combination of lactic acid and the drug may not be appropriate at the same time.


Milk + Orange

The problem with milk, orange juice, and cereals together is that your body can not digest them together, even more, harmful to children. Orange makes your stomach unable to digest starch in the cereals.


Vegetables + Fruits

Both of them are healthy but it is better don’t eat at the same time.  Since fruits contain more sugar, vegetables are hardly digestible. They remain in the stomach while absorbing fruits and producing more poisons.

Do Not Eat These Fruits Together and has a simple meal to digest easily. Meals that contain little elements allow the body to digest proper foods and absorb all existing nutrients.

I very often have a “Vit See” smoothie from the health shop at the gym which adds freshly squeezed orange juice and carrot juice to the mixture. Not anymore…..

Had to come back and read this post. I do some of these things and if you follow me, you know I have stomach and intestinal issues. It’s a new thing for me. I working on next steps to find a cause, but have been in so much pain, I can’t make important appointments. Next step is 4 hour long X-rays of upper and lower GI with Barium swallow – Not looking forward to it. Really liked the post, thanks so much!
