I sleep in fetal position and pull the covers up to my chin and feel snug and secure. No matter what happens during my sleep mode, I always end up in this position. I am very warm and friendly yet, as stated, I am not one to easily open up to anyone. I stay quiet to myself.
Thank you for this insight.

This was intriguing. I think it is also important to advise about the time needed for sleep as this has a great effect on our emotional and physical health.

I always fall asleep laying on my abdomen with my face to the side and to be honest I do not find myself rude or an outsider. But I could be wrong 🤔!
