How we can repair our hair?

You can repair your with strong shampoos and moisturizer but you must try to get your health of hair back. You should remember that reparing damage hair take a long time and you shouldn’t be in hurry.

A deep cure with moisturizer

Repair your hair with softener and moisturizer weekly. Not all shampoos and softeners are the same. It’s important to find the right hair softener that does not hide your hair or make your hair look greasy and oily. If you dyed your hair, the use of a softener specifically for your hair is important. The color disappears from damaged hair earlier than normal hair.

You can confer with your hairdresser about shampoos.

Treatment with hot oil

I am one of this level fan. Apply your favorite hair oil on your clean hair. You can use almond oil or olive oil fot this level. Apply the oil on your hair then cover it with a hat and towel. Dry and heat it with hairdryer. When to oil became hot, let it cool in room’s temperature and wash it.
You can use this way one or 3 monthes and get a good result.

We have to accept the fact, if your hair is damaged, the ends of it are broken and twined and every day you can see you lost lots of your hair everyday. Cutting your hair can help to save your hair. You do not need to cut the hair too much. You can use Bob hair cut.

How often you need to Repair Damaged Hair With Homemade Steps? It really depends on the amount of product that you use. Most of the people should cut their hair minimum each month.

Great Post. I would also add: decrease/cut the heat; protective styles (ponytails, updos, etc); avocado; biotin; drink lots of water. 🙂

I actually prefer coconut oil over both almond oil and olive oil. I’ve had better results. However every hair is different. So this may work for me but everyone.
