Stress and anxiety can put your body in appropriate situations. But there are not for always. A good stress can make you smarter. For example, you want to cross a road and it can make you more careful. Actually this stress cause to care your body more. But when this stress get more, can hurt your body and has bad effects too. so we should know those stress at first and then think about them. Now we have Three Useful Ways To Reduce Stress.

 

1: Relax the nervous system with Relaxing reactions

 

Relaxing reactions are some activities that confront the stress and pains. We suggest the Diaphragmatic breathing and yoga breathing exercises. Those relaxing ways calm the nervous system by reducing blood pressure or heartbeat. When your mind has stress, your breathes are so hard. But when you change your breaths consciously, you will feel some changes in your self so soon.

2: Meditation

 

Meditation is another way of relaxing. When we have a brain scan on someone who has meditation, it shows that there is a relation between reducing the brain activities and pains. Also, it increases some activities in the brain that is related by controlling the emotions.

 

Someone who do meditation and they have so much stress, will feel pain so few. When you do diaphragmatic breathes and meditation, your body, and brain learn to react the stress less.
