Love your Blog…thk u much…I read an article on drinking water a couple of years ago when I was desperately fighting to save my mothers life from kidney failure….the author of the article advised to drink at least 2 ozs when u wake, 2 ozs before meals, 2 ozs before a bath, 2 ozs before bed, honestly I cannot remember all of the details but it sounded logical….thx again for being a fountain of wonderfully helpful advice and motivation 🙂
