Eating Cheese At Breakfast Is Harmful

Cheese is a good source of protein, calcium, and phosphorus, but traditional medicine experts believe that Eating Cheese At Breakfast Is Harmful. Cheese is not good for breakfast and the temperament of the cheese was cold.

This is very interesting information!

I’m not a morning person and eating breakfast will 100% make me nauseous so I don’t eat breakfast at all. Aside from a black coffee 😀
But it’s good to know that calcium absorption happens at night. What is the reasoning behind consuming cheese with walnuts or peanuts? Is it a specific micronutrient/mineral that is absorbed with calcium? 🙂

    oh my god so bad that you dont like breakfast… try to have it and there are lots of advantages that you can have with breakfast.. like walnuts and cheese as you say
