Skin is the most important organ in our body but unfortunately we are so careless to it. Because we really do not know how to care. So we prepare some steps or The best you can do for your skin to do this in the best way.


1: Disinfect your phone regularly

Cell phones have lots of bacteria and when you put them near your skin, can damage it. Acne is a result of the heat of the cell phone and bacteria. So the best choice is to have the antibacterial tissue to clean your phone regularly.

Did you hear that the bacteria of the cell phone is the same as the wc. The researches show that is true. And the bacteria of the cell phone just can damage the skin.


2: avoid taking a shower with very hot water

You are in a mistake if you think the hot shower can remove more bacteria. Most of the bacteria will remove by the 60 c and you will burn by this tempeture.

The hot weather can clean the skin oil and the protect layer too.






3: wash your makeup brush

You should wash all of your makeup tools always. We usually do not keep the brush so good and it can keep the bacteria too. Searches say that they can have lots of bacteria and damage your skin face too. So we should clean them monthly.

We ask women how much do you wash them , they answer so late or they didn’t know that even.


4: do not scrub too much

The scrub is a good choice to get rid of the dead skin cells. But the strong scrub can damage your skin like dry skin, sensitivity, … as you get old you should spend more time in skin care. If you damage your skin by so more scrub, you should use the products to have green tea, aloevera, or cucumber extract.


5: take shower after exercise

Shower after exercise is not just for the bad smell of body. Exercise can make blood flow more and feed the skin cells. Your body was in the motions during of the exercise and you have lots of bacteria in your clothes and body and you should take shower soon  and change your clothes. It is one of The Best You Can Do For Your Skin.
