I am a 66 years old man, who practices prana yama yoga in a class setting for the last 6 years, once a week, and at home each other day. I benefited enormously from this, from the abdominal breathing, to the rejuvenating of all my joints, and streching of ligaments, muscles, joints, posture, and altogether welness, I feel and look much more healthy than I actually am! I recommend yoga, to anyone, of course it depends very much the instructor, but to maintain the best health status, yoga is for sure the way to go! Just don’t expect results imediately! Small increments in better streching, and absence or reduction of pain, weight loss, general joy of life will speak for your progress!
