Foods that have been chemically altere to make them “low fat such as not butter” substitutes  are definitely not something you should be eating on a daily basis.

 

Canola oil (also known as rapeseed oil) is commonly markete for its high content of healthy monounsaturated fats and low amount of saturated fats. This much is indeed true. However, there are other issues lurking beneath the surface when it comes to canola oil.

We’ve establishe that this “healthy” oil may not be all it’s cracke up to be. However, it certainly doesn’t deserve some of the crazy rumors that have been invente in the media.

Moderation is the key… even if it is a healthy food, if you consume it excessively of course it will damage your health… Other thing are the misconceptions; if you add a healthy oil to an unhealthy product is not gonna make it magically good, it’s still an unhealthy food+ oil now, so, double bad.
