Being or remaining healthy is not an option, but a must for the wellbeing of an individual and the society at large. Being a fitness freak, I have tried gym, aerobics and dance over the past five years. My experience is that exercise of any form helps one to remain healthy and thus, happy. However, besides shedding some extra flab through physical workout, one must also invest some time on mental wellbeing.
